Photography for personal enjoyment is encouraged on all our tours. We know you’ll have a pleasant experience you want to capture. We do have a few guidelines we ask all our visitors to follow for the enjoyment of everyone on our tours.

Ordering

  • The client may make a reservation for any service offered on the web page www.bluesharks.tours by our online booking system, by email on booking form for sea and land transfer, telephone, fax or other means of remote communication, or with other authorised agents.

Payment

  • All payments will be effected in Euros. When charging your credit card or PayPal, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our web site.

We offer various payment methods

  • by wire transfer and major credit and debit cards, through our web site booking system, or on selling points.

  • by PayPal, through our web site booking system, or on selling points.

  • by cash on our selling points.

Cancellation

  • The payment you pay upon reservation is fully refunded upon your cancellation only if the cancellation takes place up until 30 days before the day of the trip otherwise we retain a certain amount as a cancellation fee penalty

  • 24 hours before the departure Blue Shark Boat Tours & Transfers tours retains 100% of the paid amount

Cancellation and refunds for sea transfer

When customers using our Sea transfer service in case of cancellation, as the service is arranged directly through the invoice or telephone, or other means of remote communication, the customers in the event of cancellation submit 100% of the price.

Cancellation and refunds for land transfer

In the event of cancellation, we will refund any payment made to the Agency (in case of any cancellation fee, if applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

Refunds, terms of return and complaint

  • If the trip is not feasible on the day that your reservation is valid due to factors such as unfavourable weather conditions, engine breakdowns, etc. we do a complete refund. The evaluation of the feasibility of the trip and the final decision is done by the captain 

  • In case of complete failure to provide the service, for any reason whatsoever, the customer shall be reimbursed for the full amount which has been paid in advance for the service in question

Insurance

  • For the entire duration of the trip, insurance is valid for the consequences of accidents and injuries, excluding any harm or damage caused by the consummation of food and beverages that are not included in the price of the trip

Exclusions

  • A guest is familiar with everything that the itinerary and the price include and exclude which is noticeable on our web page www.blueshark.tours

Conditions of delivery

  • We deliver the service which is agreed upon in advance, on the day for which the reservation is valid, for which the payment has been received in advance.

Travel documents

  • Blue Shark Boat Tours & Transfers send an invoice to the client by e-mail upon receipt of booking or after purchasing services online. The client is required to show received vouchers in the printout or electronic form before using reserved service.

  • While buying on the points of sale, the client is obligated to take a bill that serves as a credible document for the tour.
